If you prioritize comfort and wireless convenience, the Skullcandy Dime 2 could be your match, as they're highly portable, provide a secure in-ear fit for exercise, and feature built-in controls and microphone for calls; they're also a more recent model with sweat resistance, suitable for active users. On the other hand, if you're seeking exceptional sound quality for music and a wide soundstage at a lower price, the Koss KSC75 headphones offer high music score performance with an open-back design for more natural sound, albeit with less noise isolation and without modern features like a built-in mic and controls. "Let’s not insult the KSC75 by saying that it’s simply good for the price… because it’s far more than that. It basically has a monopoly at its asking price, and could still give modern budget headphones a run for their money 15 years after its release. The KSC75 is the world’s best not-headphone."
"With the low price, it’s a low-risk investment. The Dime 2 is a decent set of backup buds for those times when you don’t want to risk your more upscale buds. If it weren’t for the lackluster battery life, I’d say everyone should have a pair as a spare for music."
