Choosing between the Koss KSC75 and Sennheiser 560S depends on your priorities. The Koss KSC75 is significantly less expensive and offers a good sound quality for its price, making it an attractive choice for casual listening, especially if you're on a budget. However, the Sennheiser 560S, while more expensive, delivers excellent sound quality with a more expansive soundstage and detailed audio, suitable for more critical listening experiences. The Sennheiser 560S's build quality and comfort are also likely to surpass that of the KSC75, especially for longer listening sessions due to its over-ear design, compared to the KSC75's on-ear clip design. If you're after high-quality audio and can afford the premium, the 560S could be worth the investment, but if you want a more affordable option that still delivers respectable performance, the KSC75 is a solid choice. InEar Fidelity

Crinacle | June 2022
"Let’s not insult the KSC75 by saying that it’s simply good for the price… because it’s far more than that. It basically has a monopoly at its asking price, and could still give modern budget headphones a run for their money 15 years after its release. The KSC75 is the world’s best not-headphone."

Kazi Mahbub Mutakabbir | March 2022
"Sennheiser made a near perfect pair of studio monitors with the HD 560S. Flat bass response? Check. Neutral and uncolored midrange? Check. Extended treble with a bit of lower-treble emphasis to highlight mastering flaws? Check. Fairly easy to drive? Check. Good soundstage and imaging? Check, and check."

About Koss

Koss is an American headphone manufacturer established in 1953. In 1958, they created the first set of stereophones, that is headphones with stereo sound, and in 1984 they released the world-famous Porta Pro, a set of on-ear headphones that has remained essentially unchanged for more than 30 years and that is still made, sold and loved by many audio enthusiasts around the world today.

About Sennheiser

A family-owned company, Sennheiser is a German, high fidelity, audio equipment manufacturer founded in 1945. Their consumer audio division is now owned by the Swiss hearing aid and cochlear implant manufacturer Sonova. Sennheiser offers a wide variety of, very high quality, audio equipment solutions, from headphones to earbuds, full sets of monitoring speakers, amplifiers and microphones. They also make what is widely regarded as the best, and most expensive, headphones in existence, the HE-1 Orpheus, costing a whopping $59,000 dollars.
