The JLab JBuds Work Wireless offer better microphone quality, call and meeting performance, and battery life, making them a solid choice for work-related use and extended calls. They also connect via a wire if needed and include boom mic style for clarity. However, for gaming and exercise, the Razer Hammerhead True Wireless might be preferable due to their low-latency 'Game mode', sweatproof design, and lighter weight. The Razer earbuds also support the AAC codec, which is optimal for Apple devices. Neither earbud has active noise cancelling, so if isolation from surrounding noise is a priority, consider other options. Give Feedback

PC Magazine

Tim Gideon | February 2022
"The JLab JBuds Work is an affordable headset-headphone hybrid that you can use to listen to music in stereo and communicate on video calls thanks to a retractable boom mic, and we particularly like its convenient mono and passive wired modes. You won't find any frills here like you will with the costlier Jabra Evolve2 65 or Plantronics Voyager 4220 UC, but for less than half the price, the JBuds Work is an effective lower-cost alternative."

The Verge

Chris Welch | August 2019
"This latest set is more “Pro” than not in both looks and features: they offer active noise cancellation, a low-latency gaming mode, and have switched to a in-ear design with silicone tips. Just like many of the company’s laptops and gaming accessories, the 2021 Hammerhead True Wireless include Razer’s full Chroma RGB system. It makes for what Razer calls “the ultimate wireless earbud flex.”"
