The JBL Quantum 100 is better for gaming due to their higher gaming score, and they come with a boom microphone which typically offers good clarity for communication. If you often engage in voice chats while playing games, this could be significant. On the other hand, the Sony WH-CH520 boasts better overall sound quality and comfort, which makes them ideal for listening to music and for long periods of wearing. They're also wireless with an impressive battery life, making them more convenient for everyday use. Additionally, the Sony has an app that allows equalizer and control customization, enhancing your listening experience. If you're looking for portability and noise isolation for air travel or exercise, the Sony scores higher in those aspects too. However, if budget is your primary concern and you prioritize gaming, the JBL may be the better cost-effective option. Give Feedback

How the JBL Quantum 100 and the Sony WH-CH520 compare to other earbuds and headphones
"I appreciate a functional piece of tech as much as I do gear on the bleeding edge, and the JBL Quantum 100 certainly falls in the former category. The sound is reasonably good, the built-in microphone is surprisingly reliable and it has a thoughtful design for the price. It lacks the convenience of Bluetooth, sure, but sometimes it’s nice not to have to worry about the finicky nature of wireless communication and go with good old hard-wired tech."
"If you’re looking for headphones that simply do what you ask them to: the Sony WH-CH520 is a decent option, even if it isn’t very exciting. Sony’s WH-CHXXX line fits this role quite well, and the WH-CH520 offers a decent raft of quality-of-life updates over its predecessor that should keep listeners happy. If the Sony WH-CH520 were a car, it’d be the boring-but-safe commuter compact."
