If you're looking for versatility and features like active noise cancelling, wireless connectivity, and built-in controls, the JBL Live 770NC would be a solid choice, particularly for air travel and noise isolation. They're also sweatproof, come with an app for customization, and support AAC codec, which is great for Apple users. On the other hand, if you prioritize sound quality, especially for music and TV, the open-back Sennheiser 560S with a wider soundstage might be better, though they’re not suitable for noisy environments and don't have wireless capabilities or noise cancelling. They're also the better pick for comfort over long sessions. Both sets have a detachable cable and are similarly priced, so it comes down to whether you value features and versatility or the best sound experience in quieter settings. Give Feedback

"Sennheiser made a near perfect pair of studio monitors with the HD 560S. Flat bass response? Check. Neutral and uncolored midrange? Check. Extended treble with a bit of lower-treble emphasis to highlight mastering flaws? Check. Fairly easy to drive? Check. Good soundstage and imaging? Check, and check."
