If you're looking for higher overall sound quality and tend to use your headphones for music at home or during air travel, JBL Live 770NC would be the better choice due to better sound insulation and comfort, plus active noise cancelling to reduce ambient sounds. However, they might be too bulky for exercise and their low latency isn't ideal for gaming or watching TV. On the other hand, JBL Tune Buds are more portable, sweatproof, and dustproof, making them suitable for exercise and commuting, and they're less expensive, but their sound quality and noise isolation aren't as good as the JBL Live 770NC, and they also lack active noise cancelling. "JBL’s Tune Buds stick with the company’s signature bass-heavy sound by default, but a quality in-app EQ lets you sculpt the audio to taste. These noise-cancelling true wireless earphones also mitigate environmental distractions fairly well for the price and offer good battery life. If you're specifically seeking bold, bass-tuned audio out of the box, the Tune Buds are worth a listen."
