budget earbuds with their own sets of strengths and compromises. Choose the Creative Labs Aurvana Trio LS if you prefer wired earbuds with excellent build quality, good comfort, and decent sound for various audio content, including music, gaming, and TV. These are not sweatproof or dustproof and lack wireless capability, making them less ideal for exercise and on-the-go use. On the other hand, the Skullcandy Dime 2 offers a very good overall sound quality in a truly wireless form factor, which is perfect for those prioritizing portability and use during exercise, thanks to their sweatproof design. However, they have limited soundstage, lower mic quality, and aren't the best choice for gaming or watching TV due to poorer performance in those areas. Neither model supports active noise cancelling, so if that's a priority, you may want to consider other options. Give Feedback

How the Creative Labs Aurvana Trio LS and the Skullcandy Dime 2 compare to other earbuds and headphones
"These super-affordable wired earphones are some of the best I’ve heard in recent years. For the money they are unbeatable. And before you say: “I can’t use them as there’s no headphone jack on my smartphone!”, they can work with jack-less phones by using the brilliant little Creative SXFI headphone amp which plugs into a smartphone’s USB or Lightning port (with an adapter) and produces the most sublime audio output."
"With the low price, it’s a low-risk investment. The Dime 2 is a decent set of backup buds for those times when you don’t want to risk your more upscale buds. If it weren’t for the lackluster battery life, I’d say everyone should have a pair as a spare for music."
