The Audio Technica ATH M30X is a great option if budget is a major concern, offering good overall sound quality and comfort. However, they have a closed design which doesn't offer the same level of soundstage as open headphones. Sennheiser 560S, on the other hand, provides superior overall sound quality, a much more open and immersive soundstage, better comfort, but at a significantly higher price. Neither of them have a microphone, so neither is ideal for calls. The M30X might be better for commuting or use in noisier environments due to better noise isolation, whereas the 560S could be the preferred choice for critical listening in a quiet room. Neither is suited for exercise, and both are similar in terms of gaming and TV performance, but the open design of the 560S may not be ideal for noisy environments. Give Feedback

"The Audio-Technica ATH-M30x is a great choice for anybody that needs a decent set of over-ear studio monitors. While the frequency response is not totally spot on, it works for basically every situation reasonably well. The sound quality and reasonably good comfort promote its candidacy as a great pick for $69 USD."
"Sennheiser made a near perfect pair of studio monitors with the HD 560S. Flat bass response? Check. Neutral and uncolored midrange? Check. Extended treble with a bit of lower-treble emphasis to highlight mastering flaws? Check. Fairly easy to drive? Check. Good soundstage and imaging? Check, and check."
