The Audio Technica ATH M20X headphones excel in overall sound quality and are best suited for critical listening and TV or video use, but they lack a microphone and are not wireless, making them less versatile for calls, travel, and exercise. On the other hand, the JBL Vibe Beam True Wireless earbuds provide good call quality, portability, and are sweatproof, making them ideal for exercise and travel, but they don't match the Audio Technica's sound quality for immersive audio experiences. If budget is a concern, the JBL's lower price point and practical features like wireless connectivity and a charging case with additional battery life may outweigh the superior sound of the Audio Technica. Soundguys

Jasper Lastoria | September 2023
"Audio-Technica positively defies what you can expect for around $50. Ultimately, Audio-Technica did not design the ATH-M20x to go on the subway with you. It’s for the budget-conscious, do-it-yourself producer, podcaster, or studio that needs to buy tracking cans in bulk. If you don’t need the most deluxe, comfortable headphones, maybe you’ll like the ATH-M20x for its spartan functionality. The headphones are aimed at giving you the minimum requirements without it feeling like a sacrifice."

LaFonda | April 2023
"The Vibe Beam earbuds may not be a sleek as other earbuds in the price range, such as the equally priced Vibe Buds, but they sound great, have a long battery life, and come with an equalizer. And if you just need a solid pair if earbuds to get you through your commute, these will do the trick. I have no complaints here."
