If you value overall sound quality and are passionate about music listening in a quiet environment, the Audeze LCD 2 Classic offers excellent performance with an open-back design for a natural soundstage but requires an amplifier for best results and is not suited for use during exercise or while traveling. On the other hand, the Razer Kraken V3 is much more affordable and provides good sound with a boom mic, making it a suitable option for gaming and calls. However, it has less impressive soundstage and is not ideal for high-fidelity musical experiences. The Audeze's open-back design offers poor noise isolation, unlike the closed Razer Kraken V3 which offers fair isolation. Neither are wireless, which could limit mobility. Give Feedback

"These headphones outdo rival planar magnetic headphones, especially in terms of dynamics. Compared to the Hifiman Ananda or the Hifiman Edition XS there is noticeably more slam in the sound, particularly in the bass. The LCD-2C gives you a fantastic sense of quiet dynamics with crystalline precision. This is evident also in our clinical tests, where it’s just easier to understand spoken text at very low volumes."
"This Razer Kraken V3 is a great headset for gamers who want comfort, surround sound, and software customization for a reasonable price. It's primarily a headset for PC gamers since THX Spatial audio is only supported on Windows. If you want something more multifaceted for multiple systems, this won't be an ideal headset for you. Luckily, there are plenty of competent Kraken V3 alternatives available to you."
