If you prioritize sound quality for music, the 7hz Timeless offers a very good listening experience, but it lacks a microphone and isn't optimal for calls or gaming. It has a detachable cable and more weight to it, which may affect comfort over long periods. On the other hand, Sony MDREX15AP, while affordable, has a lower overall sound quality but could be better for everyday TV and video use due to its excellent score in that regard. It's also more portable and comfortable for longer wear but does not support detachable cables, and the build quality is not as robust as the 7hz Timeless. Choose 7hz for music and build quality or Sony if you're looking for a budget-friendly option with good comfort and portability. Give Feedback

Headphonesty

Kazi Mahbub Mutakabbir | May 2023
"7Hz picked a bold name for the Timeless and frankly, got very close to justifying their word choice. Most importantly, the Timeless are good to go in stock form, so you don’t have to worry about source-matching and such. I can recommend the 7Hz Timeless to those who do not mind a dash of brightness up top, want a taste of planar in IEM form, and want one of the most resolving pair of earphones in the $150 - $300 price range."

Make It Sound Great

Pete Anthony | June 2022
"At the ultra budget $10 price-point (and we’ve seen the no-mic version go for as cheap as $7), I’d say these are a decent option if you’re looking for a passable pair of earbuds for basic use that’s as cheap as possible. I wouldn’t say they feel or sound as good as some of the ultra-budget alternatives out there – of which there are a few at this point – but some might disagree. I will say though that the cable is a little bit nicer than those of that same competition."
