If you prioritize sound quality for music and have a flexible budget, the 7hz Timeless earbuds deliver a premium experience with higher overall sound quality and an excellent music score. However, they aren't ideal for exercise use due to their larger size and the lack of sweatproof certification. On the other hand, the JBL Quantum 100 headphones are budget-friendly and excel in gaming with a high gaming score and comfort for long sessions, including a great mic for communication. They also score better for calls and meetings. Both offer similar noise isolation and neither has wireless capabilities or active noise cancelling. Choose the 7hz if music fidelity is key, and the JBL Quantum 100 for gaming and budget concerns. Give Feedback

"7Hz picked a bold name for the Timeless and frankly, got very close to justifying their word choice. Most importantly, the Timeless are good to go in stock form, so you don’t have to worry about source-matching and such. I can recommend the 7Hz Timeless to those who do not mind a dash of brightness up top, want a taste of planar in IEM form, and want one of the most resolving pair of earphones in the $150 - $300 price range."
"I appreciate a functional piece of tech as much as I do gear on the bleeding edge, and the JBL Quantum 100 certainly falls in the former category. The sound is reasonably good, the built-in microphone is surprisingly reliable and it has a thoughtful design for the price. It lacks the convenience of Bluetooth, sure, but sometimes it’s nice not to have to worry about the finicky nature of wireless communication and go with good old hard-wired tech."
