The TCL S450F has superior gray and black uniformity which benefits darker scenes, but its overall picture quality, color production, and brightness are only fair. The Toshiba C350LU, being slightly more expensive, also provides fair picture quality and color performance. When viewing from an angle, the Toshiba has a good result, which means it may be better suited for rooms where viewers sit off to the side. Neither TV excels in gaming or HDR content, each having poor local dimming and HDR brightness. If reliable voice commands and effective reflection handling in bright rooms is important, both TVs offer these features. If budget is a priority, and you primarily watch content in a dark room with a direct view, the TCL might be suitable, but for slightly variable viewing angles, consider the Toshiba. Give Feedback
