If you prioritize overall picture quality, gaming, sports viewing, and performance in both dark and moderately bright rooms, the Sony A90K may be worth the higher price. Its OLED technology delivers excellent contrast and black uniformity, making it ideal for movies and dark room viewing. However, it's only fair in very bright rooms and more costly. On the other hand, if budget is a concern and you are looking for something at a lower price point, Samsung CU8000 could be considered, but be aware it has poor overall picture quality and is not as well-suited for dark rooms or varied content like sports and gaming.
