If you are on a budget and looking for a decent TV, the Samsung N5200 could be a suitable option, but keep in mind its overall performance is lower across the board, which means it won't be great for movies, gaming, or watching in bright rooms. On the other hand, the TCL QM8 is a higher-end model with very good picture quality, excellent for gaming and bright room viewing, and supports advanced features like a high refresh rate and HDR formats, but it will cost you more. If you watch a lot of sports or prefer a more cinematic experience when watching movies and have the budget, the TCL QM8 is the better choice.
