If you're looking for better overall picture quality, particularly in bright rooms, and if gaming or watching cartoons and animations is important to you, the Samsung Q60B would be the preferable choice despite its higher price. Its performance in a bright room is notable, and it has excellent color handling out of the box. However, it's not the best for gaming due to poor response times and input lag. On the other hand, the Toshiba C350LU comes at a budget-friendly price but offers inferior picture quality and is weaker in bright environments. It still supports HDR content and would be sufficient for general viewing, but it wouldn't excel in any specific area like the Samsung might in terms of color accuracy and handling bright room conditions. If cost is a primary concern and you have a more casual viewing habit, Toshiba might serve your needs, but for a more quality-focused experience in diverse viewing environments, Samsung is the better option. The Samsung Q60B stands out from the slew of entry-level TVs with an ultra-thin frame, a skinny profile from the side and even narrow stand legs.
