The LG G2 (OLED) comes at a premium price and offers a superior viewing experience with excellent overall picture quality, making it great for movies, gaming, and sports. It has exceptional contrast and performs very well in both dark and bright rooms. The OLED technology, however, may come with a higher risk of burn-in over time if static images are displayed frequently. On the other hand, the TCL S555 (LCD) is much less expensive, fitting into the lower midrange price category. While it is a decent all-around TV, its picture quality, brightness, and viewing angles are not as impressive as the LG G2. It doesn't excel as much in bright rooms or with gaming, but it won't have the issue with burn-in that OLEDs face. If you prioritize top-tier picture quality and performance for various content types and can invest more, the LG G2 would be the better choice.
