The LG C3 is a premium-priced OLED TV offering superior overall picture quality, better performance for gaming, movies, and sports content. It shines in dark rooms due to its perfect black levels, while also doing decently in bright rooms. However, OLED TVs can be more prone to permanent image retention or burn-in if static content is displayed for prolonged periods. In contrast, the Samsung Q80C is a midrange LCD TV, typically much less expensive. It performs reasonably well in bright rooms and has a lower risk of burn-in, making it suitable for long hours of use with static images, such as news channels or as a computer monitor. However, it has lower picture quality in darker environments and doesn't perform as well with movies and sports content compared to the LG C3. If you watch a lot of movies, enjoy gaming, and can control the lighting in your viewing environment, the LG C3 might be a better choice. If you are budget-conscious, plan to use the TV in a bright room, or want to minimize the risk of burn-in, consider the Samsung Q80C. Give Feedback
