If picture quality is your main concern and you're willing to pay more, the LG C1 OLED offers superior overall picture quality, contrast, and black uniformity, which is ideal for movies and gaming and performs well in dark rooms. The LG C1 also has much better gaming performance, making it a suitable choice for gamers. On the other hand, the Vizio MQ6 '23 LCD is more budget-friendly and still provides decent picture quality. It has a good color gamut and is quite responsive with low input lag, but it doesn't handle reflections as well and has a narrower viewing angle, making it less ideal for bright rooms or wide seating arrangements. The LG C1 supports Dolby Vision and has more HDMI ports, but neither model has great built-in speakers.
