If you're looking for superior picture quality with deep blacks and great contrast, particularly for watching movies in a dark room, the LG B3 OLED would be an excellent choice. However, OLED TVs like the LG B3 can be more susceptible to permanent image retention, commonly known as burn-in, when static images are displayed for long periods, which could be a concern if you plan on using it for extended gaming sessions or as a PC monitor. If your budget is a concern, the TCL R646 LCD represents better value and offers a bright display that combats glare in sunny rooms more effectively, though it can't match the perfect black levels of OLED. For sports and general TV watching in well-lit environments, the TCL might be the more practical option.
