If you prioritize picture quality, especially for movies and in dark rooms, the LG C2 OLED is a better choice. It offers excellent contrast, perfect black uniformity, great viewing angles, and superior performance for gaming. However, it's not as bright as some LCDs, which can affect its performance in very sunny rooms. The Samsung Frame Series LCD has a unique design that mimics a picture frame and can blend into a room when not in use. While it's good for general TV watching, including news and animation, it won't match the LG C2 in picture quality. Also, its performance in dark rooms isn't as strong due to lower contrast and black levels. It might be a more suitable choice if you have a bright room and appreciate the design aspect. CNET

David Katzmaier | November 2022
"The C2 offers image quality that's a clear step above any non-OLED TV I've seen. The C2 is rare among high-end TVs in that all four of its HDMI ports support 4K/120, great for hard-core gamers with multiple next-gen devices. The C2 is plenty bright enough for just about any viewing environment. It also outperforms QLED TVs like the Samsung QN90B and TCL 6-Series. That's why I consider the LG C2 the best high-end TV for the money of 2022."
