The LG A2 offers excellent overall picture quality, with particular strengths in movies and dark room viewing. However, its performance in a bright room is somewhat lower, which can be a disadvantage if you often watch TV in well-lit environments. On the other hand, the LG C1 stands out for gaming due to its higher gaming performance and also has slightly better motion processing and reflection handling, which makes it a better choice for mixed usage. Additionally, the C1 offers more HDMI ports and a better speaker power, which might enhance your experience if you don't plan to use an external sound system. Price-wise, the A2 is typically much more expensive, despite it being a newer model, whereas the C1 is typically much less expensive and still offers comparable or better features in some aspects. If budget is a concern, the C1 provides good value. If you prioritize movies and dark room performance, and the price difference is not a concern, you may appreciate the A2. However, if you want more versatility, especially for gaming, and a better experience in bright rooms, the C1 could be a more cost-effective choice. Give Feedback

Techradar

Al Griffin | August 2022
"Movie fans will find a lot here to love, and the A2 series’ low prices compared with other OLED TVs will keep their wallets happy. Images had the deep blacks and detailed shadows typical of the best 4K TVs, while colors looked both fully saturated and clean. Also, the A2’s out-of-box picture performance in Filmmaker mode was mostly accurate, requiring only slight adjustments to optimize brightness, color, and contrast."
