If you enjoy gaming and want a TV that doubles as a digital art frame, the Samsung The Frame 2022 suits you, especially if you're on a budget. However, it has limited viewing angles and isn't the best for dark room viewing. The LG A2 OLED offers superior picture quality, perfect for movies and series with deep blacks and wide-viewing angles, but it costs more. Keep in mind that neither are great for very bright rooms, and if gaming is a priority but image quality during gameplay isn't a primary concern, the Samsung might suffice despite its lower gaming performance. Techradar

Al Griffin | August 2022
"Movie fans will find a lot here to love, and the A2 series’ low prices compared with other OLED TVs will keep their wallets happy. Images had the deep blacks and detailed shadows typical of the best 4K TVs, while colors looked both fully saturated and clean. Also, the A2’s out-of-box picture performance in Filmmaker mode was mostly accurate, requiring only slight adjustments to optimize brightness, color, and contrast."

CNN

Tobey Grumet | May 2023
"The biggest, and most jarring, difference is the revolutionary matte, anti-glare coating on the 2022’s display. Not only does it solve my daytime glare problem of being in a corner apartment, but it somehow adds texture to anything being displayed. The Frame is a home run for anyone looking to add fashion to their function."
