If you're on a strict budget, the Insignia F20 is more wallet-friendly, but keep in mind it offers lower picture quality across the board which might not be ideal for a satisfying viewing experience, especially in dark or bright rooms. The Samsung Q60B, while more costly, offers a better overall picture, performance in bright rooms, and color quality, making it a solid choice for a variety of content including movies and animation. Gaming enthusiasts, however, may not find either TV to significantly enhance their experience. Both options would not excel in a sunny room, but the Samsung would fare better. If sound quality is important, the Samsung also has a more powerful speaker system. The Samsung Q60B stands out from the slew of entry-level TVs with an ultra-thin frame, a skinny profile from the side and even narrow stand legs. The Q60B is a very good bright-room TV, and my subjective impression of its ample light output was proven by measurements."
