If you're looking for a TV with superior overall picture quality, including HDR performance, and gaming experience, the Hisense U8G is a better option but it comes at a higher price. However, it doesn't perform as well at wider viewing angles. On the other hand, the LG UP7000 is less expensive and offers good performance at wider viewing angles, but it has a lower picture quality in both dark and bright rooms and doesn't support advanced HDR formats like Dolby Vision or HDR10+.
