The Hisense U7H offers a better overall viewing experience than the TCL S450G, with particularly stronger performance in gaming and use as a computer monitor. It tends to be better suited for movies and series, as well as brighter rooms when compared to the TCL S450G. However, the Hisense is generally more expensive.
On the other hand, the TCL S450G comes at a budget-friendly price but with trade-offs in picture quality and gaming performance. It may not be as well-suited for bright rooms, but it does support voice commands for accessibility, making it easier to navigate for those who prefer or require such an option.
If gaming and high-quality picture are priorities and you're willing to spend more, go with the Hisense U7H. If you're looking for a more affordable option for casual viewing and value voice control, the TCL S450G might be the right choice for you. Give Feedback

How the Hisense U7H (LCD) and the TCL S450G (LCD) compare to other TVs
"We loved the Hisense U7H. It was able to deliver an excellent all-around image quality in its price range. The TV excels at controlling its backlighting in a way that ensures you’ll never experience blooming to a level of being distracting, something that I was a little surprised to see given the lack of Mini LED. The TV doesn’t just get decently bright it offers relatively accurate color reproduction for a TV in this price range. The TV is being billed excellent for gaming."
"TCL, though, has built much of its success on affordable sets, and the 2023 TCL S Class S4 with Google TV is a testament to just how good of a TV you can get for an affordable price tag"

About Hisense
Hisense, a Chinese TV manufacturer, entered the US market in approximately 2011 and has since acquired TV divisions from various companies such as Toshiba, Sharp, Hitachi, and NEC. Currently ranking as the fourth largest vendor in terms of sales volume, Hisense aims to capture a wide range of TV budget segments. They offer exceptional value with TVs that often outperform their competitors at similar price points, making them a compelling choice for consumers. In the US, they use Google TV as their smart TV software which provides the largest app selection and a very modern user interface, however it is not as user friendly as the software from other vendors.
About TCL
TCL, the highly recognizable TV brand from China, has firmly established itself as the second-largest manufacturer in terms of sales volume. Renowned for striking an impressive balance between affordability, picture quality, and design, TCL TVs deliver a compelling overall package. While they have traditionally excelled in the low-end and midrange TV segments, TCL has recently made remarkable strides in the realm of high-end televisions, introducing impressive models that rival top competitors. Most TCL TVs use Roku software which is very user friendly and easy to use, but they have a few other models that use Google TV which has the largest app selection, but is not as user friendly as Roku.
