If you're focusing on overall picture quality for various content types and don't mind a higher cost, the Samsung S95B (OLED) stands out with excellent performance. Its OLED technology will offer better dark room viewing with deeper blacks. It also excels in gaming and has superior reflection handling, which is beneficial in bright rooms. The Hisense U7H (LCD) is available at a lower price and still delivers very good performance for gaming and watching movies, news, and reality TV. However, it won't match the Samsung in terms of picture brilliance, especially in dark scenes or at wide viewing angles. If you're budget-conscious and still want a good-quality TV, this may be a suitable option. Both have HDR support, but only the Hisense supports HDR10+. "We loved the Hisense U7H. It was able to deliver an excellent all-around image quality in its price range. The TV excels at controlling its backlighting in a way that ensures you’ll never experience blooming to a level of being distracting, something that I was a little surprised to see given the lack of Mini LED. The TV doesn’t just get decently bright it offers relatively accurate color reproduction for a TV in this price range. The TV is being billed excellent for gaming."

"Samsung's S95B is easily one of the best high-end 4K TVs on the market. S95B is able to achieve industry-leading color performance and a brighter screen than typical OLEDs. In fact, the display's OLED color coverage is nearly in a class of its own. The S95B is a beautiful TV, even when it's off. The display has a pleasing, minimalist design with nearly bezel-less borders and an impressively thin profile."
