The Hisense U7H offers good gaming performance and is suitable for watching movies and animations, with a lower cost compared to the Samsung model. However, it could be less impressive for sports content and may not have as good a viewing experience in bright rooms.
On the other hand, the Samsung QN90C is more costly but delivers superior overall picture quality, excellent performance for gaming, sports, and usage in bright environments. It also comes with great speakers built-in, enhancing the sound quality for all content. It could be considered a better choice for diverse and heavy usage across different types of content and lighting conditions, assuming the higher price is within your budget. Give Feedback

The Samsung QN90C (LCD) is very good for movies & TV, while the Hisense U7H (LCD) is good.
The Hisense U7H is good for watching movies and cinematic TV as it has higher contrast and good local dimming, which helps in creating deeper blacks and better dark scene performance, though it falls short in black uniformity and colors out of the box. In comparison, the Samsung QN90C excels in these areas with very good black uniformity, which leads to less clouding or flashlighting, and it provides very good colors out of the box, ensuring a rich and vibrant picture without immediate calibration, plus its better viewing angles accommodate wider seating arrangements.

The Samsung QN90C (LCD) is good for sports, while the Hisense U7H (LCD) is only fair.
The Samsung QN90C outperforms the Hisense U7H in sports watching primarily due to its superior handling of reflections and wider viewing angles which are crucial in brightly-lit environments and when viewing from different angles. Additionally, the Samsung has a higher response time and better motion processing that contribute to clear images during fast-paced action, which is key in sports; the Hisense doesn't handle these aspects as well, which can lead to blurrier images during fast movements.

How the Hisense U7H (LCD) and the Samsung QN90C (LCD) compare to other TVs
"We loved the Hisense U7H. It was able to deliver an excellent all-around image quality in its price range. The TV excels at controlling its backlighting in a way that ensures you’ll never experience blooming to a level of being distracting, something that I was a little surprised to see given the lack of Mini LED. The TV doesn’t just get decently bright it offers relatively accurate color reproduction for a TV in this price range. The TV is being billed excellent for gaming."
