The Hisense U7H usually costs less than the Samsung Q80B and offers greater contrast, making it suitable for darker room viewing. However, the Samsung Q80B, while pricier, offers slightly better performance for watching sports and has superior viewing angles, making it more versatile for social settings. The Q80B also edges out in gaming responsiveness, making it a strong choice for gamers who value quick input response. Both TVs support similar formats and features, with the main differences lying in price and performance across various content types and room settings. If cost is a primary concern and you most often watch movies in dim settings, the Hisense U7H could be the better option. Conversely, if you can invest more for a TV that’s more versatile for gaming and group viewing, the Samsung Q80B might serve you better. Give Feedback

How the Hisense U7H (LCD) and the Samsung Q80B (LCD) compare to other TVs
"We loved the Hisense U7H. It was able to deliver an excellent all-around image quality in its price range. The TV excels at controlling its backlighting in a way that ensures you’ll never experience blooming to a level of being distracting, something that I was a little surprised to see given the lack of Mini LED. The TV doesn’t just get decently bright it offers relatively accurate color reproduction for a TV in this price range. The TV is being billed excellent for gaming."
"For most people its picture, sound, and price make it a midrange TV worth considering. HDR brightness was generally exceptional. Its viewing angles are shockingly good, among the very best we’ve seen recently from any non-OLED TV. For gamers input lag isn’t too shabby."
