If you're looking for a more budget-friendly TV, the Hisense U6K may suit your needs, but it's generally not as bright, especially in well-lit rooms. However, it's still a good choice for movies and has very good dark room performance, just not on par with the LG. The LG G3, on the other hand, is a high-end model with exceptional picture quality, suitable for almost any type of content including sports and gaming. Its OLED technology offers perfect black levels and wide viewing angles, making it excellent for dark room viewing. It also handles reflections better than the Hisense, which is great for bright rooms, but the LG comes at a higher price. While the Hisense is adequate for casual gaming, the LG excels with a higher response rate and lower input lag, which can be important for competitive gamers.
