If you're on a tight budget and need a basic TV, the Hisense R6G could be a smart purchase, keeping in mind that its performance in very bright rooms is not ideal, and it's not well-suited for gaming. On the other hand, the Sony A80K, while more expensive, delivers superior picture quality, especially in dark rooms, and has excellent motion handling for sports and gaming. Its OLED screen also offers wider viewing angles and better reflection handling, which is advantageous in brighter rooms. Keep in mind, though, OLED TVs like the A80K are at a higher risk of permanent burn-in, particularly with static images like channel logos or game interfaces if displayed for prolonged periods.
