If your priority is to save money and you mostly watch content in darker settings, the Hisense R6G could be suitable, but it performs poorly in brighter rooms and for gaming. On the other hand, the Samsung Q70A costs more but offers better overall picture quality, gaming performance, and a superior experience in bright rooms. Its higher refresh rate and additional HDMI port also better support fast-paced content and connectivity. Neither set excels at sound, so consider a soundbar with either TV.
