If you prioritize better contrast and deeper blacks, especially for viewing in darker rooms, the Hisense R6G would be suitable, despite its higher cost. However, it does not perform well in bright rooms and has poor motion processing, which might not be ideal for fast-paced content like sports. On the other hand, the TCL S446 has a better viewing angle, making it a good fit for wide seating arrangements, and has excellent color accuracy out of the box. It is also more affordable than the Hisense R6G but lacks the higher contrast that makes for a better dark room experience. Both TVs have similar input lag, making neither stand out for gaming.
