If camera quality is a priority for you, the OnePlus 9 offers better still photo and video quality than the Motorola One 5G Ace, but if you're looking for a device with a longer battery life, the Motorola device outlasts the OnePlus 9. The OnePlus 9 also has a brighter and higher refresh rate OLED screen, which makes for a better viewing experience than the Motorola's LCD screen, especially if you consume a lot of media or play games. However, keep in mind that these advantages of the OnePlus 9 come at a higher cost compared to the more budget-friendly Motorola One 5G Ace. Both phones run Android and have similar storage, but the OnePlus 9 has more RAM, which can provide a smoother performance in multitasking. Give Feedback

Mark Knapp | February 2021
"The Motorola One 5G Ace is on the affordable side, but you don’t get a phone that will expire quickly. It proves plenty speedy for most uses, and has 5G support to get you onto the latest cellular technology. With a 6.7-inch display, the Motorola One 5G Ace is about as big as they come. The display is plenty bright, as sharp as it needs to be, and even offers HDR to round out the package."

David Lumb | April 2021
"If you’re hunting for the best Android camera phone at this price, and one that doesn’t skimp on specs the OnePlus 9 is worth considering. Courtesy of a partnership with Hasselblad, the cameras offer better color correction, and both regular and ultra-wide photos look great. The OnePlus 9’s battery fully charges in under 30 minutes over a cable, and in 45 minutes using wireless charging. If you hate waiting for hours to charge your phone, you'll love the OnePlus 9."

The brand is mostly known for striking a balance between affordability and functionality, as well as providing a clean and straightforward interface with their software skin on top of Android. While they have traditionally been prominent in the budget and midrange categories, Motorola has also occasionally ventured into the high-end category for smartphones.

About OnePlus

OnePlus, established in 2013, is a smartphone brand that first became known for providing flagship-like devices, at a fraction of the cost compared to more expensive Android competitors. OnePlus focuses on creating smartphones with powerful hardware at reasonable prices. They also bring hardware features normally not seen in other Android phones sold in the US, such as their ultra-fast “Warp Charge” and the beloved “Alert Slider”.
