If you're looking for a more budget-friendly phone, the Motorola Moto G100 is significantly less expensive. It has a plastic body, LCD screen, lower camera quality, and a slightly less powerful processor compared to the Motorola Edge+ (2023). It also has a lower screen refresh rate and fewer camera features but still provides 5G connectivity and decent battery life. On the other hand, the Motorola Edge+ (2023) offers a higher-priced option with a glass body, higher-quality OLED screen, better camera performance, and a more advanced processor. It also has a brighter screen, faster refresh rate, and superior battery life. If you value camera quality and overall performance, and are willing to pay more, the Motorola Edge+ (2023) might be a better choice. If cost savings are a priority and you are okay with good, but not top-tier performance, the Moto G100 could be sufficient. Both run on Android and offer a similar suite of features including 5G, but the Edge+ (2023) provides an overall more premium experience. Give Feedback

Pocket-lint

Mike Lowe | March 2021
"A budget gaming-capable phone that foregoes the AMOLED screen hype and camera cost implications to deliver a half-price near-flagship that, in use, adds up to oh so much more. Even plugging away at games for hours at a time doesn't cause too much trouble where battery is concerned. The 5,000mAh cell is a big part of the reason for the G100's above average weight, but it's a great capacity to have at your fingertips."

DigitalTrends

Joe Maring | May 2023
"Just about everything I want in a high-end Android phone is here. The Edge Plus looks and feels [sic] great, the display is outstanding, performance is rock-solid, the software is organized and helpful, battery life is phenomenal, and it doesn’t take too long to get the phone back to 100% when it does eventually die. The best part? You get all of that for hundreds of dollars less than similar phones from Google and Samsung."
