If you’re looking for an immersive gaming experience with a very wide display, the MSI 45GS96QB with its larger screen size and wider aspect ratio is excellent, but it might not be as sharp for productivity due to lower text quality. On the other hand, the ViewSonic XG272 offers a smaller and more traditional screen size which is better for image clarity and productivity, and it's also suitable for gaming. Both monitors have high contrast and color accuracy making them great for HDR gaming and media consumption, but keep in mind that the higher price of the MSI might not translate into a proportionate increase in productivity performance.
