If you prioritize a wider screen for immersive experiences and a balance between price and performance, the LG 34GN850B with its ultra-wide aspect ratio might fit your needs for casual gaming and multitasking, but it won't deliver as deep blacks or strong contrast as the Samsung S43CG70. Conversely, if you're willing to invest more for a premium large screen with better contrast and are interested in vibrant colors for tasks like print photo editing, the Samsung with its Mini LED technology would be preferable, though the higher investment may not translate to a proportionate increase in gaming performance. TechSpot

Tim Schiesser | August 2020
"Mid-range 3440 x 1440 144Hz VA monitors are ~$500 to $600 these days. You are getting a much better product for the higher price of the LG, with faster response times and better colors (outside of the contrast ratio), but this is definitely a monitor that is reserved for those that want the best of the best and are willing to pay for it."
