If you're a competitive gamer, the LG 34GN850B with a better refresh rate and response time will enhance your gaming experience, but it costs more. The LG 34WQ73A has lower gaming performance, but it's suitable for print photo editing and more budget-friendly. If you prioritize productivity and editing tasks over gaming, it might be the better pick. Neither monitor is ideal for HDR gaming or media due to limited brightness and contrast, but both offer large, ultrawide displays for immersive experiences and multitasking capability, with ample screen space for different applications. Choose based on whether gaming performance or cost savings is more important to you. Give Feedback

TechSpot

Tim Schiesser | August 2020
"Mid-range 3440 x 1440 144Hz VA monitors are ~$500 to $600 these days. You are getting a much better product for the higher price of the LG, with faster response times and better colors (outside of the contrast ratio), but this is definitely a monitor that is reserved for those that want the best of the best and are willing to pay for it."
