The KTC H27T22 offers a good balance for competitive gaming and digital photo editing within a midrange budget, with its higher refresh rate and good color accuracy, but it's not suited for HDR gaming or media consumption. The LG 34GN850B, despite being pricier, provides a broader display and immersive experience for casual gaming and productivity due to its ultrawide aspect ratio, but it also falls short for HDR content. Neither monitor is ideal for media consumption or HDR video editing. If cost is a concern and you primarily game or edit photos, the KTC could be a better fit. If you need more screen real estate and don't mind spending more, the LG might suit your productivity needs. Give Feedback

TechSpot

Tim Schiesser | August 2020
"Mid-range 3440 x 1440 144Hz VA monitors are ~$500 to $600 these days. You are getting a much better product for the higher price of the LG, with faster response times and better colors (outside of the contrast ratio), but this is definitely a monitor that is reserved for those that want the best of the best and are willing to pay for it."
