If you're primarily focused on productivity with occasional casual gaming, the Gigabyte M32U could be a suitable choice given its lower price. It offers very good sharpness and image clarity for work tasks and decent gaming performance. However, if you want a better experience for competitive gaming and can invest more, the LG 32GQ950 will give you a smoother experience thanks to its slightly higher refresh capabilities and better handling of fast-moving visuals. Neither monitor is the best for HDR gaming or media consumption, but for day-to-day tasks and gaming, both provide good color accuracy and sizeable real estate for multitasking. The tradeoff comes down to whether a higher price tag is worth the advanced gaming performance and image quality in the LG, versus savings with the Gigabyte that offers solid performance for mixed use. Tom's Guide

Matthew Murray | June 2022
"The Gigabyte M32U gaming monitor is almost a slam-dunk choice, considering everything you get as part of the package. Gigabyte goes for broke with things like its built-in KVM switch and GameAssist, and those come close to paying off. Add in the well-executed, more familiar offerings, and this is a monitor that deserves serious thought if you’re in the market for what it delivers."
