If you are focused on productivity and media consumption and prefer a larger screen with higher resolution, the Dell S3221QS with its bigger display and 4K resolution could be suitable, especially if you're looking to save money. However, if competitive gaming is your priority and you want a monitor with faster response times and higher refresh rates, the Gigabyte FI32Q-X would be the better option despite its higher price. Keep in mind, though, that for color-intensive tasks such as digital photo editing, both monitors offer good capabilities, but the Dell may not be as well-suited for HDR gaming or video editing due to its lower peak brightness in HDR. "The Dell S3221QS offers a 4K, 32-inch panel that’s great for streaming videos and casual gaming, with an effective, gentle curve. But color accuracy and HDR performance leave much room for improvement."
