If you're a competitive gamer looking for the best gaming experience with deeper blacks and vibrant colors, the Dell Alienware with its OLED technology would be a great choice, although it's more expensive. For casual gaming, media consumption, and productivity, the LG with its IPS panel offers good image clarity and color accuracy at a more affordable price, but it won't deliver the same contrast and peak brightness as the Alienware. If your work involves digital photo editing, both monitors are suitable, but keep in mind the Alienware's superior contrast might be more desirable for HDR content. If budget is a concern and you're not heavily into HDR gaming or media, the LG provides good performance without breaking the bank. Give Feedback

PC Gamer

Jeremy Laird | May 2023
"It may seem like a minor tweak, but the addition of a glossy anti-glare coating makes all the difference. It really lets the OLED panel rip. That this revised "F" model is also cheaper than the OG Alienware OLED and the similarly glossy Philips competition seals the deal. This is our new favourite among the OLED monitor massive."

Tim Schiesser | May 2021
"In my opinion, the LG 27GP850 is the best in its class from the monitors I've tested, with the combination of great response times and a functional sRGB mode pushing it over the edge. It's generally worth the price premium and its overall balance of features with few weak areas makes it a monitor you won't be disappointed to have."
