If you prioritize a high-end gaming experience with superb contrast and vibrant colors, the Dell Alienware AW3423DWF (QD-OLED) could serve you exceptionally well, especially for HDR gaming. However, it comes at a premium price. Conversely, if your focus is on everyday tasks, casual gaming, and you'd prefer to save money, the Dell S2721DS (IPS) offers a decent option but with lower performance in areas like brightness, color quality, and gaming features. Keep in mind, the Alienware's ultra-wide screen also enhances productivity for multitasking, but its glossy coating might reflect more light than the matte finish on the S2721DS, which could be a consideration for workspace setup. PC Gamer

Jeremy Laird | May 2023
"It may seem like a minor tweak, but the addition of a glossy anti-glare coating makes all the difference. It really lets the OLED panel rip. That this revised "F" model is also cheaper than the OG Alienware OLED and the similarly glossy Philips competition seals the deal. This is our new favourite among the OLED monitor massive."
