If competitive gaming is your priority, the Asus XB273U F with its higher refresh rate and lower response time will provide a smoother and more responsive experience, but it comes at a premium price. On the other hand, for a wider field of view in games and productivity tasks, the LG 34GN850B's ultrawide screen is beneficial, and it comes at a lower cost. Neither are the best for HDR gaming and media consumption. Both monitors cover a good color gamut suitable for photo editing, but for print photo editing, the Asus with its superior AdobeRGB coverage is a better option. Give Feedback

TechSpot

Tim Schiesser | August 2020
"Mid-range 3440 x 1440 144Hz VA monitors are ~$500 to $600 these days. You are getting a much better product for the higher price of the LG, with faster response times and better colors (outside of the contrast ratio), but this is definitely a monitor that is reserved for those that want the best of the best and are willing to pay for it."
