If you prioritize high-resolution work and media consumption, consider the Asus PA32UCG-K with better color accuracy and peak brightness suitable for HDR gaming and video editing, especially if print photo editing is important for you. The larger screen and comprehensive color coverage will serve productivity tasks well. However, if competitive gaming is your focus and budget is a concern, the Asus PG27AQN provides an excellent refresh rate and lower response time to minimize ghosting; it's less suitable for professional creative work but great for gaming that demands speed and fluidity. The PA32UCG-K will cost significantly more, but offers a superior display for creative and HDR content, while the PG27AQN focuses on performance in fast-paced games at a lower price point. Tech Radar

Mark Pickavance | May 2021
"Combining features that designers and content makers need, the Asus ProArt PA32UCG-K Display represents the true cost of accurate colour. It’s expensive, heavy and has weird OSD controls, but the screen is glorious when working with HDR video or game graphics."

IGN

Matthew Smith | March 2023
"The Asus ROG Swift PG27AQN is a motion clarity marvel. It’s the first 27-inch 1440p 360Hz monitor on the market, and also the first to use an Ultrafast IPS display. These advancements provide outstanding motion clarity across a broad range of refresh rates. Unfortunately, the monitor’s motion clarity does nothing for its image quality, which is just ok. To be clear, it’s a very nice looking monitor in many situations. However, the monitor’s contrast ratio is rather low. And while it can reach high levels of brightness in HDR, it lacks the nuance and contrast required to look great in HDR games."
