If you're a serious gamer looking for an immersive experience with deeper blacks and more vibrant colors, the AOC PD49 with its large screen and superb contrast might be worth the higher cost. It's also great for HDR gaming and video editing. However, if you mainly engage in competitive gaming where speed and responsiveness are key, the Dell AW2524H with its high refresh rate could be a better fit, and it's less expensive. Keep in mind, the Dell monitor has a smaller screen and a lower resolution, which means it's not as well-suited for media-rich tasks or multitasking as the AOC. Give Feedback

Tom's Hardware

Christian Eberle | March 2023
"If you have the system for it, the Alienware AW2524H is the perfect display to show off next level frame rates and control response. With higher contrast and color volume than its 360 Hz competition, it currently has no equal."
