The Razer Blade 15 is a high-performance gaming laptop with a powerful Intel i7 processor and Nvidia RTX 3070 Ti graphics card, making it ideal for intensive tasks like gaming, 3D rendering, and machine learning. It has a high-refresh-rate screen, excellent color coverage, and robust build quality, but it's heavier and has a shorter battery life compared to the Samsung. The Razer is also more expensive and doesn't offer a touchscreen or the versatility of a 2-in-1 design.
On the other hand, the Samsung Galaxy Book4 Edge 16 is a midrange, versatile 2-in-1 laptop with a stunning OLED display that offers vibrant colors and infinite contrast, which is great for general use and media consumption. Its Qualcomm Snapdragon processor provides good performance for everyday tasks while being more energy-efficient, resulting in longer battery life. The Samsung is lighter, thinner, and has a touchscreen, making it more portable and flexible for different use cases. However, its Adreno 750 GPU is less powerful than the Razer's, so it's not the best choice for demanding graphics tasks.
If you prioritize performance for gaming and engineering tasks and don't mind a bulkier, more expensive laptop, the Razer Blade 15 is the way to go. But if you want a lighter, more versatile device with excellent battery life and a superior display for general use, and you're willing to compromise on graphics performance, the Samsung Galaxy Book4 Edge 16 would be a better fit. How the Razer Blade 15 and the Samsung Galaxy Book4 Edge 16 compare to other laptops
"The 2022 Blade 15 offers roughly 15 to 25 percent faster graphics performance and 20 percent faster CPU performance over last year's Core i7-11800H and RTX 3080 model. Thankfully, the system doesn't need to run noticeably louder or warmer to achieve faster results, but both power consumption and battery life take a hit. The higher consumption in particular appears to be a trend amongst many 12th gen Core laptops including the Schenker Uniwill Technology GM7AG8P or MSI Vector GP66 when compared to their previous generation counterparts. We're also glad to not see below-average CPU performance which was the case for the 10th gen Core i7-10875H model."
