The MSI Stealth GS77 is a premium option with high-grade components and performance, an excellent choice for intensive tasks like 3D rendering and machine learning. It has a better battery life, a higher resolution and brighter display with more vibrant colors, which is beneficial for engineering and general use. It is, however, pricier and slightly less portable. The MSI Vector GP76 is an upper midrange laptop that offers similar performance for demanding tasks but at a lower cost and with a faster refresh rate, making it excellent for gaming. Nevertheless, its battery life is shorter and screen quality is lower compared to the GS77. Choose the GS77 if screen quality and battery life are vital, or the GP76 if you want higher refresh rates and a more budget-friendly choice at the sacrifice of some portability and display fidelity. How the MSI Stealth GS77 and the MSI Vector GP76 compare to other laptops
"The MSI Stealth GS77 is better than the GS76... mostly. The GS77 is a few steps forward and a few steps back from the GS76. Improvements are numerous including the stronger and more rigid skeleton, higher resolution webcam, larger clickpad, easier serviceability, relatively similar battery runtimes, newer display options, and higher performance at about the same TDP and TGP levels as before. CPU performance is better than expected even when compared to other laptops with Core i7 or Core i9 processors. The newer model feels more substantial than the outgoing one for higher quality impressions as well."
"The MSI Vector GP76 12UGS is a gaming laptop on speed. The advantages are clear: The Vector GP76 is a real gamer with its 360 Hz display and super-fast response times. In addition, the Core i7-12700H has double the power of the CPU in its predecessor and another highlight is the Nvidia RTX 3070 Ti with a real power consumption of 150 watts. This places the device in the top range of our database. The Vector can also operate rather quietly, offers a full sound range, improved battery runtimes, a key-configurable RGB keyboard, a very stable chassis and good upgrade options. Moreover, the display produces a nice, rich and clear picture."
