The MSI Stealth 17 offers exceptionally high performance for tasks like 3D rendering, machine learning, and other engineering applications, with a more powerful main processor and GPU, ample storage, and a large amount of RAM. However, it's heavier and less portable compared to the Razer Blade 15, which is more suitable for general use and still capable of gaming and creative work, though at a lower performance level. The Razer Blade may appeal to those who prioritize a balance between portability and power while saving some money, whereas the MSI Stealth is for users specifically needing top-tier performance and can afford a higher price point and a bulkier device. The MSI Stealth 17 is very good for general use, while the Razer Blade 15 is good.
The MSI Stealth 17 has a higher-end CPU and more RAM than the Razer Blade 15, which may offer better performance for multitasking and demanding applications; it also has a larger, brighter screen, but it's heavier and has a shorter battery life. In contrast, the Razer Blade 15 is more portable due to its lighter weight and more compact size, along with a better battery performance, but it compromises with a less powerful CPU and less RAM, which could affect performance in resource-heavy tasks.

The MSI Stealth 17 is excellent for gaming and AI, while the Razer Blade 15 is very good.
The MSI Stealth 17 excels in gaming and 3D due to its higher-end graphics card, providing stronger performance for these tasks than the already capable Razer Blade 15, which comes with a less powerful graphics card. Both laptops have high screen refresh rates, but the MSI's advantage in GPU power, coupled with its 17.3-inch display and excellent screen color coverage, makes it particularly suited for intensive gaming and 3D applications.

The MSI Stealth 17 is excellent for engineering and design, while the Razer Blade 15 is very good.
The MSI Stealth 17 is considered excellent for engineering and design use due to its more powerful Intel i9 processor, substantially more RAM, and a higher-end Nvidia RTX 4090 GPU, which are crucial for demanding tasks, alongside a larger and brighter screen that enhances visual clarity. Though the Razer Blade 15 is lighter and thus more portable, with a high-quality keyboard and lower operating noise, its less powerful Intel i7 CPU, lower RAM, and Nvidia RTX 3070 Ti GPU make it very good, but not on par with the MSI for the most intensive engineering and design applications.

The MSI Stealth 17 has a better screen than the Razer Blade 15 for general use, gaming and AI, engineering and design, software development, and content creation.
For general use, both the MSI Stealth 17 and Razer Blade 15 offer high-resolution displays with bright and vibrant panels, making them suitable for everyday tasks and multimedia consumption. When it comes to engineering and design, these laptops boast wide color gamuts, ensuring accurate color reproduction which is essential for professionals in these fields. However, their screens may not have the high refresh rates preferred for gaming and 3D applications, which could result in less fluid visuals during fast-paced action or animation.

"The MSI Stealth 17 Studio is a laptop with a quiet RTX 4080 for almost every occasion. The MSI Stealth 17 Studio is equally capable of high-level media processing and playing current games. It remains pleasantly quiet, even if a few percentage points of power have had to be sacrificed in the process. But, it is not quite perfect: To some extent, the Stealth 17 is well thought out. It packs tons of graphics power and high-end components in a slim case. The laptop's cooling system can be set such that, noise-wise, it doesn't even reach low volume. However, small flaws cloud otherwise exceptionally positive impressions."
"The 2022 Blade 15 offers roughly 15 to 25 percent faster graphics performance and 20 percent faster CPU performance over last year's Core i7-11800H and RTX 3080 model. Thankfully, the system doesn't need to run noticeably louder or warmer to achieve faster results, but both power consumption and battery life take a hit. The higher consumption in particular appears to be a trend amongst many 12th gen Core laptops including the Schenker Uniwill Technology GM7AG8P or MSI Vector GP66 when compared to their previous generation counterparts. We're also glad to not see below-average CPU performance which was the case for the 10th gen Core i7-10875H model."
