The MSI Raider GE78 is substantially more expensive but offers top-of-the-line performance for 3D rendering, machine learning, and engineering tasks with its powerful processor and graphics card, and it has a high refresh rate display, which is beneficial for intensive gaming. However, it's heavier and has shorter battery life. Conversely, the Samsung Galaxy Book3 360 is much less expensive with an OLED touchscreen display for vibrant colors and longer battery life, making it more portable and suitable for general use. It doesn’t match the MSI in performance, so it's less appropriate for highly demanding tasks or gaming. Give Feedback

The MSI Raider GE78 is excellent for engineering and design, while the Samsung Galaxy Book3 360 is good.
The MSI Raider GE78 is excellent for engineering and design because it has a high-performance CPU, substantial RAM, top-tier dedicated GPU, and a high-quality, high-resolution screen suited for detailed work, whereas the Samsung Galaxy Book3 360, being good for these tasks, offers a mid-range CPU, less RAM, integrated graphics, and a lower-resolution screen which may affect multitasking and high-demand tasks. The Raider is less portable and could have more operating noise due to its powerful components, while the Galaxy Book3 360 offers better portability, a 2-in-1 convertible design, and lower operating noise, but may not handle intensive engineering software as effectively.

"Performance-wise, the GE78 offers a significant boost over the GE77 for just slightly higher power consumption. You'll have to get the RTX 4080 or 4090 configurations to see the performance advantages, however, as the RTX 4070 is closer in performance to the older RTX 3080 Ti. In terms of design, some users might prefer the 16:9 minimalistic look of the older GE77 over the 16:10 retro-inspired GE78 and vice versa. We wouldn't call one better than the other in terms of aesthetics, but we'll give the edge to the GE78 for its stronger hinges and larger keys and clickpad."
"The Samsung Galaxy Book 3 360 isn’t a laptop that the Korean manufacturer has shouted from the rooftops about, and it seems to have gotten little attention from anywhere. But, it is absolutely a laptop worth paying attention to. Compared to higher-priced devices, like the Dell XPS 13 (2022) and Asus Zenbook S 13 OLED (2023), it manages to offer a similar day-to-day experience despite the price difference. It’s really hard to justify the extra cash unless a boosted display is a requirement of yours."
